Arriba was registered in 2008 as an online liquor supplier.
However, we quickly realised that there was a greater need for a full bar set-up service than just normal liquor orders and deliveries.
Today we specialise in mobile bars set-up and you, as the valued client, have the choice of preferred drinks you would like to be served at your function, the amount of staff required as well as any consumables, such as ice, glasses and any other specified or desired items.
All of your requirements will be thoroughly discussed with Arriba’s management. This is to ensure that your event/function runs within budget and is an overall success.
The temporary liquor license that is applied for your event by us, this runs off our current existing liquor license and we therefor don’t foresee any issues in obtaining this type of license.
In cases where a bar tab is opened, such as with year-end functions, we provide the event manager with a cash register receipt of all drinks consumed and a stock reconciliation sheet. Invoicing is done the next day. For most events a 50% deposit is required to secure our services for the specified date.
We also deliver on consignment; this means that we take back all drinks that may not be used and only charge you for actual drinks consumed, giving you the peace of mind that you will not run out of any product during your event. In cases where the event manager makes use of their own staff, a liquor consignment collection fee may apply.
In the event of only requiring drinks and no bar staff or bar set-up, you are welcome to make use of our online ordering function on our website. The minimum order of R2000 guarantees free delivery, for any order under R2000 a R150 delivery charge applies.
