To place an order...

  1. You can visit our website catalogue.
    You will be required to register on the website and choose your products listed in the catalogue.  Please complete your transaction by passing through ‘checkout’
  2. Phoning in an order on 084 509 5599.
  3. Faxing in an order on 086 554 9516.
  4. E-mailing in an order to ruan@arriba.co.za
    Conveniently, there is also a pricelist (PDF format) loaded on the website if you want to make use of any of the last three options.

Arriba will contact you immediately after we received your order to schedule a date and time of delivery and payment options.

If you want to make any amendments to your order, please contact us telephonically to speed up the process.

If you require any additional services like bar men, event planning, or one-day liquor licences, please give us a call with your requirements.


Products
Please take note that we stock all liquor brands, but that we only list the most popular brands in our product catalogue.  Please notify us if you are looking for any specific product and it is not on our product catalogue or price list, we will gladly source it for you and contact you with a quote.


Payment
We currently only have an EFT and cash option available for making payments.  50% of payment is required when placing an order and the balance on delivery. Please contact us if you have any difficulty with these options so that we can make personal arrangements.

A 15% consignment fee on returned liquor might also be applicable to certain orders, dependant on route and area.  The client will however be duly notified of this before any quote is accepted.

Delivery
Delivery is immediate and free on all orders over R500. For smaller orders a R50 delivery charge would be applicable in the Cape Town area.

Delivery can be arranged for seven days a week, 365 days a year between 7h00 and 20h00. Arriba Liquor Merchants endorses responsible drinking and will not deliver to any person under the age of 18.
